R&D for Universities & Research Agencies
One of the DNAs of G&P is structured R&D. All engineers and geologists are required to carry out one or two simple R&D projects per year. The other three DNAs of G&P are structured quality assurance and control, structured training for staff and structured system of giving to staff as well as industry.

The G&P resources in our intranet used for quality efficient and innovative design output are the results of implementing R&D in G&P.

The wish list to gather simple R&D topics that have yet to be taken by our own staff is as follows. We will be pleased if universities and research agencies could select the topics of their interests and work with us to do the research necessary to gather knowledge for better quality, more efficient and innovative products and practices.

There are many non standard type of road gully trap and most of them are not efficient to convey surface runoff.  Most of the time the gully are full with silt/ debris and steel cover was stolen.
